Moving a calculation to another project

Follow the steps below to move a calculation between projects. Note that any parameters pre-filled from the current active project will, after the move, be pre-filled from the new active project, i.e. the project to which the calculation was moved. If these parameters are not set on the new active project, the form will be incomplete, and there will be errors if you try to generate a certificate including this calculation.

  1. Ensure that the project to which the calculation you wish to move belongs is active. If you need help, you can read our article on switching active projects.

  2. Select 'Saved Calculations' from the project section of the left-side menu.

    The project section is the one below your current project's reference and name.

  3. Find the calculation you wish to copy, click on the down arrow next to the 'Remove' button (at the end of the row) and select 'Move Calculation'.

  4. Click on the 'Target Project' field and choose one of the available options.

  5. Click 'Move'.

  6. You are transferred to the 'Saved Calculations' list of the selected project, which is now the active project.

    The moved calculation will be found at the bottom of the list.

  7. If the parameters set on the new active project differ from the ones set on the previous active project, you may need to edit the moved calculation.
