Inviting colleagues to your team

  1. Follow the steps below to invite a colleague to your team. Note that you must be an administrator of a team to be able to do so.
  1. Ensure the correct team is active.

    If necessary, check this article to find out how to switch teams.

  2. Click the Team Menu, showing the active team's name, at the top right corner.

  3. Select 'Team Settings'.

  4. You can invite members using the 'Invite Team Members' section of the page.

    Directly above, in the 'Team Members' section, you can see who is already a member of your team.

  5. Provide the email of a person you want to invite and select their role.

    • Members (default) can view and edit all projects and calculations under the team.
    • Administrators can edit team settings in addition to the above.

  6. Click 'Send Invitation'.

  7. The details of the person you have invited appear below in the 'Pending Invitations' subsection.

  8. From here, you can resend or cancel the invitation

  9. Repeat 5 and 6 to continue adding new members to your team.
